Ireava provides 40+ Data reports of different modules.

1. Student Management- Get the 13 different reports: 

  • Student Report -- This report gives you a quick simple student information report.
  • Guardian Report -- This report gives you the parents -students report.
  • Student History -- This report gives you the student admission class to the last class report. 
  • Student Login Credentials -- This report gives you the student login credentials information, you can send bulk SMS to the classes using the filter.
  • Class Subject Report -- This report gives you information about the subjects-teachers assigned to a class.
  • Admission Report -- This report gives you information about the students at school and online admissions.
  • Sibling Report -- This report gives you information about the siblings in the school.
  • Student Profile -- This report gives you information about all the details of the student with every single form field.
  • Homework Evaluation Report -- This report gives you information about the homework progress of the student.
  • Student Gender Ratio Report -- This report gives you information about the student gender ratio in a class.
  • Student Teacher Ration Report -- This report gives you information about how many teachers are on how many students in a class.
  • Student Headcounts Report -- This report gives you information about the total boys and girls in a class with some basic information.
  • Student Birthday Report -- This report gives you information about the student birthdays' and also SMS is sent to them or not.


2. Finance- Get the 15 different reports:

  • Student Fee Statement -- This report gives you information about a single student fee summary.
  • Balance Fees Report -- This report gives you information about the balance remaining of a particular student to date with some other fees details and the total balance remaining in a class. You can send SMS by adding due date and template body from notification setting -> fees_reminder. You can also generate a fees balance slip to the date selected for every student by clicking on generate slip button.
  • Fees Collection Report -- This report gives you information about the collection of the total fees done in a school to date with the payment modes, classwise, and collects wise filters. This is the optimum report about the collection of the fees.
  •  Online Fees Collection Report -- This report gives you information about the collection of online fees.
  • Income Report -- This report gives you information about the incomes other than the collection of the fees.
  • Expense Report -- This report gives you information about the expenses other than the salary of the staff.
  •  Payroll Report -- This report gives you information about the salary distributed in the staff month-wise.
  • Income Group Report -- This report gives you information about the incomes other than the collection of the fees in the group of income heads.
  • Expense Group Report -- This report gives you information about the expenses other than the salary of the staff in the group of expenses heads.
  • Due Fees Report -- This report gives you information about the due fees of the student, you can filter data parent names wise too.
  • Finance Overview Report -- This report gives you information about the finance overview as total income and expense in the school with grouping and gives you the net amount in the form of profit or loss.
  • Finance Daybook -- This report gives you information about the day or to date collection and expenses.
  • Fees Overview Report -- This report gives you information about the day or to date student wise fees collection.
    Note: If you found more fees than fees collection in this report then you might forgot to cancel the generated receipt. Please cancel the receipt of the reverted fee then refresh the report for proper data.
  • Previous Session Fees Report -- This report gives you information about the pending fees of the students of the previous session.
  • Fees Master Report -- This report gives you information about the fees types assigned with the fees master.
  • Daily Collection Report -- This report gives you information about the daily fees collection class wise from date to date.

3. Attendance- Get the 6 different reports:

  • Attendance Report -- This report gives you information about the attendance report of the students class wise for a particular month.
  • Student Attendance Type Report -- This report gives you information about the student attendance type w.r.t total opening days. 
  • Staff Attendance Report -- This report gives you information about the staff attendance months wise.
  • Daily Attendance Report -- This report gives you information about the daily present, absent count, and percentage.
  • Daily Class Attendance Report -- This report gives you information about the classes in which the attendance is done.
  • Frequently Absent Report -- This report gives you information about the students who was frequently absent, late or goes in half day in the past 7 days.

4. Exam Management- Get the 2 different reports:
  • Rank Report -- This report gives you information about the student exam overall score, percentage, and status.
  • Rank Report By Session -- This report gives you information about the complete school exams report analysis of all the students.
  • Cumulative Report -- This report gives you information about the overall exams result analysis per student basis.

5. Online Exam Management-  Get the 5 different reports:
  • Online Exam Wise Report -- This report gives you information about the student answer sheet, total attempts taken by a student.
  • Online Exams Report -- This report gives you information about the exam creation records, students assigned, questions added, publish exam or result.
  • Online Exams Attempt Report -- This report gives you information about the exams assigned to a particular student and marks scored in every exam.
  • Online Exams Rank Report -- This report gives you information about the overall performance of the student in every exam.
  • Subjective Marks Entry -- This report gives you an option to add marks obtained by the students in the subjective questions. Answer sheet will be provided with marks adding option. This option will only work if the exam result is not published.

6. Lesson Plan- Get the 2 different reports:
  • Syllabus Status Report -- This report gives you information about the syllabus done in every subject.
  • Subject Lesson Plan Report -- This report gives you information about the content provided by teachers in topics.

7. Human Resource- Get the 3 different reports:
  • Staff Report -- This report gives you information about the staff details with every field you filled during enrolment.
  • Payroll Report -- This report gives you information about the staff salary distribution.
  • Staff Birthday -- This report gives you information about the staff's birthday status. Daily birthday SMS automatically sent if you configured it and you can check the status in the report.

8. Library- Get the 4 different reports:
  • Book Issue Report -- This report gives you information about the books issued to the staff and students.
  • Book Due Report -- This report gives you information about the books due with a fine.
  • Book Inventory Report -- This report gives you information about the books stock available in the library.
  • Book Issue Return Report -- This report gives you information about the books returned to the library with the date and fine.

9. Inventory- Get the 3 different reports:
  • Stock Report -- This report gives you information about the stock available in the school.
  • Add Item Report -- This report gives you information about the stock added to the school.
  • Issue Item Report -- This report gives you information about the items issued to the staff and students with other necessary information.

10. Transport- 
  • Student Transport Report -- This report gives you information about the students with their stop points and other necessary information.

11. Hostel-
  • Student Hostel Report -- This report gives you information about the student room number and hostel assigned with other necessary information.

12. Alumni- 
  • Student Alumni Report -- This report gives you information about the alumni students with their updated details.

13. User Log- This report gives you information about the users login time and date, version of app user using.


14. Audit Trail Report- This report gives you information about the changes done by staff in the ERP.
