Certificate and ID Card Module
Ireava provides a customized certificate and ID Card generation module.
This module has 4 sections -
1. Design Certificate
2. Generate Certificate
3. Design ID Card
4. Generate ID Card
First, we will design student certificates or id cards then we will generate/print them. If you will properly configure background, height, width, etc. settings then you can design professional-quality certificate or id cards very easily.
1. Design Certificate- Go to Certificate/ID card > Design Certificate enter Certificate Name (certificate name is only for certificate design reference purpose it will not be print on the actual certificate), select page size (size is same as your printed paper size), background-image (if want to use any for the background of the certificate else leave it), background-color (if want to use else set 255 255 255 in RGB for white), student image if you want to show student image on the certificate then click on the save. You will be navigated to the certificate design page where you can read the written instructions and create your custom certificate as per your need.
2. Generate Certificate- Go to Certificate/ID card > Generate Certificate here you can select students and certificate design to generate a certificate for those students.
3. Design ID Card- Go to Certificate/ID card > Design ID Card enter ID Card Name (id card name is only for id card design reference purpose it will not be print on the actual id card), select id card layout size (you can use horizontal or vertical size and any size if you want to generate that id card but remember use custom size carefully, it may not work properly on design page if taken very small same as your printed paper size), background-image (if want to use any for the background of the certificate else leave it), background-color (if want to use else set 255 255 255 in RGB for white), student image if you want to show student image on the id card, barcode if you want to show barcode (already linked with the admission number) on the id card then click on the save. You will be navigated to the id card design page where you can read the written instructions and create your custom id card as per your need.
4. Generate ID Card- Go to Certificate/ID card > Generate ID Card here you can select students and id card design to generate id cards for those students.
