Dynamic Forms

Ireava provides an option to create custom forms for fundraising, events, functions, etc with the payment option.


This module has 1 section -

1. Create Form- Go to Dynamic forms > create form, click on add form. Add title, description, and amount (if you don't need to collect any amount then enter 0, a form will be submitted without payment), if you want to redirect the page to another page then add the URL in the custom link else leave it blank and click on save.

  • In the add form field, select form using field belongs to (dropdown).
  • Select field type like input if you want a user to enter data, select if you want a user to select a value, and like so select any field.
  • Enter field name.
  • Enter grid size. Example: Max size for a whole page input box is 12. If you want 1/4 of a complete form then enter 3. If you want 1/3 of a complete form then enter 4. If you want 1/2 of a complete form then enter 6.
  • Field values only enter line by line if you selected checkbox, select, multi-select. Else leave it blank.
  • Select validation if you want that field is required to fill.
  • Click Save.
Now, the field is created and you can see it on the right side by clicking on the name of the form. You can drag and drop the fields to change the order.
Click on the edit icon to do the active or inactive form and to copy the form URL.

 2. Report- Go to Dynamic forms > Report. Select the form name and then click on the search. You will get the list of the submitted records for that form. If the form is payment type then you will get the payment-related details.
Note: If you delete the form then form records will be deleted automatically. So, delete the form with caution.
